To all couples out there looking for great service, stress free company and competitve prices, stay away from Adriano Limousine. The owner called two days before our wedding and added a $160 charge. He had promised to drive himself but then last minute told us he couldn't drive anymore. The extra $160 was to be a tip for the other driver. When we complained, about the bait and switch with pricing and that this was what he promised us, he said I'll return your deposit and go find another limo. We then frantically started to search for a limo on 2 days notice! I had a bad feeling and didn't want anything to go wrong on the wedding day, like him not showing up or coming late, etc...so we started to find another limo service. Luckily we were able to find one! When we contacted the owner back and asked to pick up our $200 deposit he freaked out. I have never been screamed at like that before in my life, literally was speachless on the phone as he told me I can forget about getting the money back. He used a bunch of four letter words and some other creative language while telling us to take him to court and hanging up. I hope I can prevent anyone else from this unneeded stress right before your big day. It would be worth my $200 deposit I lost.
